Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the United States only.
Shipping costs
FREE US shipping on orders of $29 or more. Orders under $29, such as the Serum or Eye Patches on their own, ship for $6.95. The Serum + Eye Patches Duo is $29, so it ships free.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Every order is delivered with all fees covered, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Delivery times
- Order placed: you'll get a confirmation email straight away.
- Ships in 2–5 business days.
- Arrives 6–14 business days after dispatch.
Most orders arrive 8–19 business days after you order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Holiday periods
During busy periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas and the Lunar New Year holiday (when our fulfilment partner closes for about two weeks, usually in late January or February), orders may take longer to process and deliver. We'll post holiday dates and order cut-offs on our website.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Bundles ship together in one box.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
Lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, email us and we'll look into it.
