About the mask
How does LED light therapy work?
The mask uses different colours of LED light that shine onto the skin's surface. Many people use it as part of their routine for smoother, brighter, more radiant-looking skin.
How often should I use it?
Use it 3–4 times a week. Before first use, try it on your face for 1 minute, then start with 5 minutes and build up to 10–15 minutes.
When will I notice a difference?
Everyone's skin is different. Consistency matters most: use it regularly for several weeks as part of your routine.
Is it safe?
It's a cosmetic device for personal use. Keep your eyes closed during sessions and don't look directly at the lights. Not for children. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, epileptic, light-sensitive, having skin treatment, or living with a light-sensitive condition (e.g. lupus, photosensitive eczema, vitiligo, thyroid disease), ask your doctor before use. Stop if you feel uncomfortable.
Does it feel hot or hurt?
No. You may feel slight warmth. If you feel discomfort, stop.
Can I use it with my skincare?
Yes. Use it on clean, dry skin, then apply serum and moisturiser afterwards.
Does it have a cord?
Yes, the mask connects to a small rechargeable controller with a cable. Sit back, close your eyes, and relax for your session.
How do I charge it?
Charge the controller with the USB cable included.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the inside with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Don't put it in water.
Will it fit my face?
It's made of soft, flexible silicone with an adjustable strap to fit most face shapes.
Can men use it?
Yes, anyone over 18 can use it.
Is this a medical device?
No. It's a cosmetic device and isn't intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now, US only.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Every order is delivered with all fees covered, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
How much is shipping?
US shipping is free on orders of $29 or more. Orders under $29, such as the Serum or Eye Patches on their own, ship for $6.95. The Duo is $29, so it ships free.
How long does delivery take?
Your order ships in 2–5 business days and arrives 6–14 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive 8–19 business days after you order. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Will my order arrive in one box?
Yes, mask bundles ship together.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can't change it.

Returns & problems
What if my item arrives faulty?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, photos or a short video of the problem, and a photo of the outer box with the shipping label. We'll send a replacement.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
We don't accept change-of-mind returns. Please read the product details and FAQ before ordering, or email us with any questions.
